my wife she should leave me and have a real life. I can't find a job I can't run a business. I wish I had gotten the death penalty. Thats what they do in other countries: get cuaght with drugs and they put a bullet behind your ear. I wish they had just killed me it would have been more humane.

I know what you mean. It would be more humane if they just killed people rather than force them to live in poverty forever.

Okay, you screwed up in the past. Now look at the plus side, you have a wife who loves you and who you obviously love. You have seen more of the negative side of life than most. Let's see what we can figure out, you need a job-have you gone to the labor department? Try some temp agencies. How about using the computer to go onto some job sites, like Monster.com.

Right now you are feeling depression and need to think about seeing a doctor to help you with it. Life is tough but there is no need for you to try to go it alone. There are so many ways to get help, so take advantage of them.

I wish you good luck, I truly hope that you make it through these bad times and have better times ahead.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Don't do it. You would make your wife and family so proud to know that you're no quitter. If you love this lady, prove it by overcoming this obstacle and moving on. You are not the only person this has happened to, others have gotten over it and so can you. Be tough! I'm not saying it will be easy, because it won't. But I know that you can do it. You already have the biggest part taken care of, that's admitting the problem. Now fix the problem. Good luck, you can and will overcome this glitch in life. Just don't take the cowards way out. Please let me know how you're making out. picturedude53@yahoo.com

Maybe start out by volunteering somewhere, work your way back in to society slowly. When you volunteer, show how serious you are about helping and working, and leaving the drugs behind, your fellow volunteers will make great references someday. Don't wish death upon yourself, you are a worthwhile human being who deserves a second chance. I'm sure your wife feels the same way, or she would have left when you told her to. Keep your chin up and think positive. I wish you all the luck in the world.

you're out and you're free.

having a record sucks, but you will have to work your way back into society slowly.

it will take time, but as time passes from your jail time, it will become apparant to more and more people that you are trustworthy.

the most important thing is to not lose hope, because when you do, you will do something that will get you sent back to prison.

you need to keep a positive attitude and do the work you can and do the best you can.

in spite of what you think right now, life really is a beautiful gift.

take some time tomorrow and watch the sun rise and just reflect on that.

A simple truth. If you wanted a job, you'd have one. There is no law that says you can't run a business. Are you looking for sympathy? I see you've gotten a lot. Now, be a man. Go to work. Somewhere, anywhere - McDonalds, whatever. Once you have a history as a worker, you can get another job. Work up, sport. No one wants to hire a loser. This is reality. In the end, it is your choice, but, what would be better for the ones you love?

No!my freind that is a very negative trin of thought, infact you should be greatfull that you aren't dead and be proud for richer or poorer you have a woman willing to fufill her vow's to the upmost. Things in life are always there to TRY to get you down but it is up to you and how determined you are to either let them keep you down or rise higher than you were before your downfall you have learned a valuable lesson now take it and use it to your advantage.Be proud of your wife the 2 of you can acomplish anything you set your minds to....Good Luck ,it always gets worst before it gets better so if you feel you are at your lowest now then sunshine is around the corner....

I think that you should try to get into the union. I have some family members that have been in prison longer then that for the same thing and is now in the union (construction worker) making a pretty good living. If you haven't tried it already.

GOOD LUCK!!!

don't be like that. If you love her, and you want her to live a real life, then YOU divoce HER! Or u could committ cuside, but I would try to work things out first. Maybe go back to school?! I know a dude who committed suiside, not fun! He couldn't run his buisness anymore for some reason, and so he killed his secratary and him-self. It turns out, that everyone who thought he wasn't going to do anything good, actually missed him! Think...what can I do to make things better??? Go back to school, look for a job, start over!!!!!!! (That dude was my dad's best-friend!)

Feel you pain bro. I didn't even make poverty level wages last year and I make 35$ an hour!! Haliburton and KBR are only hiring illegals and foreigners---getting all those monies you'd think they'd hire Americans.
