just wondering if anybody could name some people that are very corrupt in general

Any person that is in a position of power and who has the attitude the it's his right and privilege to get more. This is the person that can be corrupted.
Some are called meat eaters, which are described as those who actively seek payoffs and bribes for payment to perform a serious benefit or service for an other which they would not be expected to do.
Then there the grazers, those who fur fill their position and easily accept minor gratuities for doing what they would normally be expected to do: etc. the free cop of coffee, free pass to the movie.
No one starts out as a meat eater, it a gradually process that transforms the the grazers into sharks.
The human is weak and it easy to take, then demand. And once started it easily justified to continue The excuses start : Every body does it, No body is getting hurt, If I don't some body else will and so on.
Best advice don't graze.

George Bush is the most corrupt person I know of today, followed closely by O.J. Simpson, and I'm not to sure about Donald Trump for that matter.

the first person that comes to mind would be Charles Manson,not only is he corrupt but heis very evil, and he will rot in prison...I have seen him in interviews and you can just see and feel the evil...
