If you are under the age of 18 - your license can be suspended immediately - A provisional license or what ever they call it in your state is just that to see if you are mature enough to drive. This violation will most likely result in a suspension of said license

Yes they do carry points i think the law is something like up to 9 over 2 pts,9-20 3pts ,20-25 4 pts and if you are going double the speed limit its considered reckless driving and your license gets suspended Either for 30 days, 60 days 6 months or a full year.

First of all, the points are usually listed on the back of the ticket.
Secondly, you NEED to have your license pulled. The fact that you don't even know about the point system...or the speed limits means you shouldn't be driving.

Yes it has points. What they should be doing is just suspending your license on the spot for doing twice the limit in a school zone.

Yes they do. I got busted going 20 mph over and received two points on my license.
