Do prison inmates get cancer treatment if they find that they have it?

I despise them. I tend to scream at then, a lot. I was wondering, is it illegal to curse at them or wish horrible things upon them?

This is what my friend just found out few days ago. She was horrified and sickened by this... for four months she had no knowledge of two men (a serial child sex offender & a baby murderer) who were on volunteering work until it came out in the Sunday newspapers. They are due back to work.

The bosses at the Nursing home said to give those men a 2nd chance....
Do you agree and why?

I'm 17, and got a ticket for speeding a few weeks ago, 24mph over (I'm stupid, I know, I shouldn't have been going that fast). I have one prior ticket from over a year ago for failure to control vehicle (I got in an accident that was truly an accident, due to inexperience and bad weather). I went to court and got the points reduced to zero. This is a six point ticket, what do you think the chances are that I could get the points reduced if I went to court?
And what should I plead, Not Guilty, or No Contest? I definately was speeding, so not guilty sounds wrong, but is there a possiblity of contesting points if i plead No Contest?

p.s. I got two sets of directions on what to do with the ticket, that is why I'm slightly confused.

I would like to add more current info and exhibits to a motion I filed before the actual court date. (The repspondent has added infor that I would like to refute). Can I do that or do I have to present it the day of court?

I think that now is the time to arrest ALL gang members. There is not a single one that isn't into crime. Civil rights be da*ned, it is now time for us to get tough on them.

I was recently arrested for shoplifting. My friend was caught shoplifting and My boyfriend and I got arrested for KNOWING. I'm a minor [15] my boyfriend is 17 [not considered a minor] Now I can't get my license until I'm 18, and my boyfriend could possibly get convicted for it. But he didnt know anything about it. AT ALL. But he was with us, so they ASSUME he knew. So now I have to testify for him. Has anyone been through this situation? I need some MAJOR advice.

a fellow that i sub-contract work from showed me 3 tickets totaling a little over $800 he just had received,laughted and said "we will see what happens when i go talk to the chief of police,who just happens to be a good friend of mine for the past 20 years or so" I wonder what the outcome will be?

Police say that they had to use gun which killed a criminal. Whereas it would be better it the criminal is gunned down from running but not killed. This type of gun can be used to disperse mobs, miscreans setting fire etc

He only has a week and a half left but will they let him go to the funeral its in puerto rico. His grandfather and grand mother raised him most of his life when his mom died when he was 9 he is in jail for a probation violation for reckless driving (speeding)

As a police officer, I get complained on, degraded, ridiculed, etc just for doing my job. I understand there are a lot of people out there, mostly criminals that hate me and my peers. These are the ones this queston is meant for. Why do you hate me us so much, yet when you need the police, you still call. I went to a call today where I had to take a person to jail on a warrant charging him with theft over $500 less than $1500. All I got from him was lip and smak talk. Almost open threats. He made bail a few hours later and was back on the streets. Later in the night I get a call to the same house for a burglary. The same guy I had just arrested is my complainant. Whlie he was out (In jail for theft), someone broke into his house and took his wide screen tv. Now hes my best friend. Even stating how we don't get paid enough and saying he is glad I wear the uniform, because he know he could not do it. If you hate us why call us? If you know we help, then why treat us the way you do?
