MY Son and his girf friend had stopped by to say hello at the wrong time and they both also were charged during th bust. Where is their rights???

And besides, if one is suppose to be innocent until proven guilty, why does one have to pay any bail. Even if the suspect is given back their bail after they are declared not guilty, the government always keeps a portion of it for "adminstrative fees."

wife called police 6 hrs after i left, i never touched her, came home next day, and was arrested. Wife had a small, smaller than end of pinkie, bruise in middle of back R thigh...coloration showed it was older than 6 hours, she claims she was laying on R side when she was hit, how's that work? I called detectives when I got out of jail to talk with them, case was never assigned, city attorney filed against me with no investigation, i was never questioned. This was 07/04/2005 on 07/05/05 wife files restraing order request in civil court with a completely different story, which supported my version, showed to city attorney for criminal charges, they didn't care.....to me 2 contrasting statements of the same incident shows she lied and charges should have been dropped.....can i sue the city, police dept, city attorney???

The motel in question has had a bad reputation in the past. But thats just it, it was in the past. For the last few years its been cleaned up, and the cops stopped the harassment. but after hiring four new officers recently it has started again. Is it legal for them to harass innocent people??

Cops will beat you up as soon as you say sumit affensive they'll try there hardest not to shoot a civillin whos bin taken hostage but theyll shoot em if they haf 2 if its another cop thats bin taken hostage the the person whos taken the cop hostage will have his brains out.
Do you think we should have guns and beable to shoot anyone whos a threat to us?

My friend got caught shoplifting makeup and turned over some of it..not everything. she even lied and signed a piece of paper saying that is all she stole. she got in trouble for what she stole and has to pay a hundred times the total theft but no charges. do they review the tapes and could get her in trouble for stealing that other stuff if they happen to notice? could they call the cops and track her down for it, since they have all her info in a database? she is worried about that.

he won't pass when you slow down to 45 mph , he follows you for another mile and then pass you only to turn off on side road and wait for you to go by . Then follow you the rest of the way into town . Never saw him again and don't know what to make of it . We live in a small town and everyone knows us . Nothing was wrong with car and I wasn't speeding ? What do you think ?

i was arrested for conspiracy and burglary for stealing a pair of pants...i was caught outside the mall. i did it for someone else who told me they were gonna give me money in return of me stealing them the pants...ya i know bad move. i have a spotless record and was just wondering what i should do...and i cant afford an attorney.
