you get charged for mischief, get a record, the police get a hate on for you and ruin your life, you become dispondent and begin to push a shopping cart around your town picking up tin cans, digging in public ashtrays for butts, checking phone booths for coins. stop taking care of your person hygiene. eating meals at your local shelter, moving down by the lake and errecting a cardboard home..and begin to start all of your sentences with "potatoe salad" ...so don't put paint on a police car.

Actually you would be arrested for what is classified her in Illinois as Criminal Damage to State Supported Property. The penalties are alot higher.... you'd be making my next personalized license plate for my motorcycle....lol
