How if Person A killed someone and then sufferred trauma and amnesia because of what she did. And she did it cuz she hates this other girl so it's a crime right? But how can she be charged if she doesn't understand the charge being used against her? Isn't that unconstitutional according to proper court procedure on the Bill of Rights?

I know somebody whose car was set on fire and the cops found a coax cable in the trunk. They said it was arson and the cable was the ignition source. Has anyone ever heard of this and how to do it??

A woman died as the result of an ill conceived radio competition. I believe that those that hosted this competition, putting families at risk and should be held accountable for the death of the woman, as negligence resulting in manslaughter -- As their actions contributed in a major way, to the death of this mother of three.

My sister told me yesterday that she was at a friends house and she was outside and there was a van parked out in the parkinglot across the way with a man staring at them. My sister and her friends and boyfriend got in the car and the van pulled up behind them. The van started going 45mph in a 25mph area, making them speed. Then 2 more cars came up beside them and followed them to another friends house. The cars tried to run her off the road, into a ditch and into a tree (Luckily she missed all these) and finally she pulled over, terrified. They came out with guns and told everyone not to move. They showed NO badges, nothing, said nothing about who they are and took their ID's. They looked at the ID's and drove away. My sister could only think that they were looking for her boyfriends sister who is wanted. Her boyfriends mother said they sit out by her house every morning. What should my sister do about this...Did they do anything wrong, here??? She was scared out of her mind all day.

My friend was driving my truck with me in it. A cop flipped on her lights and we kept driving. The cop never followed us, so we went home. Come to find out i have a warrant for failure to appear on a dui, for this incident. PLEASE HELP

A mother in the the U.S. is greeted at her door step by her daughter's (dad's side)grandmother and two American police. The police are there to enforce a court order for TEMPORARY custody of her three yr old girl until a later court appearance. The order is signed by a Puerto Rican judge. The order grants the grandmother temporary custody of a three yr old girl. The mother at this time suspects that the grandmother bribed a judge to sign the order.
Sometime later before the court appearance, the mother recieves a call from the grandmother stating that her daughter was stung by a large insect and later died. There have been no death certificates

I live in NJ were gun laws are insane and the country sheriff has refused me a long gun license. In nj the sheriff can refuse you for any reason and they dont have to tell you why. Anyway. I live in a suburb with some moderate crime abd gang activity and I also am a civil war buff. I own a 1861 springfield rifle musket ( its a reproduction), I would like to load it and keep it for a home defense weapon. Do you think this would be a good idea under my circumstances?

One of the girls I take care of is in the fourth grade. Recently, she started playing a game on the Internet - one of those games where you can talk to other players. She told me that she's gotten 10 of her classmates to play, too, so that they can all converse with each other and "help each other out." Then she told me she had a "boyfriend" on the game. I asked if she meant one of her classmates, and she said "no," that it was a guy in the game. This girl is very innocent, so I explained to her the dangers of sharing information with "strangers" on the Internet, especially guys who claim to be a boyfriend. I asked if he'd asked her for personal info, and she said he had. Thinking she was being funny, she told him she was from France. Should she not even be playing this game? What about her friends that are playing this game? I am not her parent, just a caretaker... but I am very concerned about the safety of this little girl and her 10 classmates. Any advice would be welcomed.
