i live in florida.im going to be 18 in december and i was wondering how old do you have to be now to leave home without parents consent in florida? 18 or 21?
does anybody know.
i dont know if my parents are telling me this just so i dont leave home or is it really true. because as far as i know i could leave home without their permission at 18. is it still like that?

child is his. The child his five and has never met the child nor has never been with the mother. THere was not a paturnity test givin and i was wondering how we would go about getting one taken to prove weather this child is actully his or not. Also is it legal for this woman to claim her child is his if in fact it is not, and if we prove he is not the father does he get the money back in which he has paid this women? We have never delt with before and am very confused on what to do. There is so much information online that it is confusing. PLEASE SOMEONE I NEED HELP!!!!

- What high school courses (grades 10-12) do i need to become a lawyer?

Details are important. My shift manager began his shift, 30 minutes before mine ended. I had been so buisy that day that I had not been able to take my 10 minute break. Im a delivery driver, and had just returned from a delivery. ~15 minutes before my scheduled leave. My manager begins his day by bickering at me, because i didnt help a girl who was loading her car with things supposedly. I told him she had already finished before i arrived. he continued bickering about it and made statements such as "chivelry is dead" and he knew i was a virgin, then began to make derrogative statements about that. Down talking me, I felt uncomfortable, so I told him i was taking my 10 min break. took it, returned and he said that i couldnt leave until he said i could leave. Saying he has the right to hold me there as long as he wanted, when i refused to stay he said he felt threatened... and was going to have me fired. He commanded I leave. I did. on time. I felt uncomfortable and was happy to leave.

Since the patriot act was enacted to fight terrorism, clearly street gangs fall into the category of terrorist organizations. Like many other terrorists organizations, street gangs pose a clear and present danger to the security of our nation,make thier money illegally, possess weapons of mass destruction and have no qualms about using them. Gangs have killed more people than Al Qaeda, seems like a good idea to use the patriot act for something good.

In Alaska, while it is legal to shoot bears, waking a sleeping bear for the purpose of taking a photograph is prohibited. Do you think this is a dumb law? or why would they make this law in the first place?

why is it wrong for minors to drink? I'm 14, besides the fact that it's illegal, why should I not drink. Sheesh, as long as you don't go overboard it's always good for a little buzz. What is the problem? I can't drive anyway.

If someone provides otherwise legal identification to an illegal alien does that make them an accessory to the illegal's activities? For example if a BMV branch manager gives licenses to illegal aliens while knowing they are illegals? I ask because the director of the IRS started a program to educate and provide tax id numbers to illegal aliens. He explicitly stated it was to help illegal aliens get jobs and pay taxes. Isn't this a crime on his part? Is there anything we can do about it?

I have a DVO in progress. The hearing for it is next tuesday, yet the person i filed it against, hasn't been served yet because he's well doing a bit of a runner. I found out however where he is staying. so I wish to supply the address

Do i have to give the updated details to the magistrates court I filed it at, the police station near there. Or can I do it at any police station or court house.

I live in qld australia.

All refernces to religion text should be removed from any aspect of the government. This includes the words "In God we trust" on American coins and the words "under God" In the pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Do you agree or disagree with this statement ? ok here it goes i was at Von Maur and i had no ride home my mom has a case going because of something my deceased uncle did is being blamed on her because they worked worked together so they searched our home and took our cars and froze some of our account so we are car less and broke because of this upcoming trail that has been going on for about three years my mom is ill and can not work and they also took our computers too. i no so i am a high school student 9th grade i need to go to the lib .. so i get dropped of by the bus and i have to walk home well my mom was gone with my aunt working on the case. i was sick ,, ill i think it was mono. but i was at the lib studying when it was done i went to the mall to eat but i had no money. so i went to stores to try on clothing. i entered von maur and say a lot of clothes and thought it was pretty rich. i went to try on some clothes but i remembered i had to walk home. i saw how pre occupied the sales people were so i tried on warm cloth

my friend was caught spray painting on a side walk on school property, and now she has to go to court tomorrow, and she doesnt have an attorney. When she talked to the DA, the DA said that the case wouldnt be dropped. Is there any way possible that she would be able to get a prayer for judgement,( she has a clean record) or do you think that its out of the question...please help. She's a college student, so im thinking that the court hears these types of cases all the time.

I've called every government agency, homeowner's association, and beekeeper. They all tell me that there is nothing they can do unless someone is stung. It must be 500 bees minimum in a tree next to the curve where my mailbox is located? I'm afraid I will be stung or someone in my household might be as well as that fact that my husband is dangerously allergic to insect stings. My other concern is that they are spreading to my neighbors house from the tree and I am afraid they will come into my yard to nest. The beekeeper says there is nothing I can do to prevent them from coming into my yard. I'm thinking of calling the local news. The first thing, I did when I noticed them that I rang my neighbor's door bell twice and waited 2 minutes for them to answer and they were home!!! They refused 2 answer so I am not trying to work with them because that was a dangerous move to make for me because the bees are close 2 their door. If it spreads to my lot can I sue 4 the beekeepers bill
