It depends upon what you mean by hear. If you mean where are the trials conducted, the answer would be U.S. District Courts (though many of these cases are also heard in state courts, especially as there is a minimal dollar requirement for diversity jurisdiction). Obviously if there is an appeal from the U.S. District Court, it will be heard in the Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court could grant cert on the case.
