What is the percentage of abusers that have a past of living around violence or abuse?

I almost fell out of my chair when I got it.
First your a victim,then 99.9 %,you become the perpatrater.You break the cycle through intelligence and education.So,less then 0.01 % break the cycle and don't become a abuser.Scarry huh,scared me too.It kinda seems like monkey see,monkey do.So,I assume it is a learned behavoir or dysfuction.

Depends on who you ask. Some say only about 50%, and others say as much as 95%. I lean more toward the 50% range because I believe people are NOT bound by what they "grew up with".

I would say 75 percent. Until the train comes off the track the trend continues.
