Many people feel that the fetus means its a living person. Alot of the information out there and people just go on what they think, but do you feel that unless it is 99.99% true that a fetus is a living being, Abortion is wrong???? Untill we can get clear, undoubtable information, that beyond a reasonable doubt, I beleive that abortion is right!!. There isn't clear 100% evidence and its all cloudy and people think its like that and its really not to formulate an opinion on it. Until it is crsytal clear, Abortion is right!!!

I have been working with ANEDIN LINJEN (BALTIC STARS SHIP) from NOV 15 1997 till SEP 1998 in Sweden. I was working as a steward. I been sent back to PAKISTAN for three months holidays but never called back again on job. I never been dismissed or i never rendered my resignation. I was a confirmed employee of the company.
Why i was sent back to PAKISTAN, the reasons were as follows :
1) I raised the issue that we all PAKISTANI workers been paid less than it shows on the documents.
2) I raised the issue that we all need SEAMAN BOOK and official payment slips, but was rejected and official payment slips they cannot provide because it was all fake work done officially.
When i raised above mentioned issues, i been sent back to PAKISTAN according to plan and never called back on my job.
I have contacted so many times to check my status but in response i get the PENSION LETTER from the company.
I have been looking for the justice since 1998 till to date but couldn't find it yet.

Channel 12, channel 10, Channel 5, and the local Christian station I listen to a lot have ALL put it on the air that in the very near future; ALL State Govt bathrooms will have the gender specific signs removed from their doors and walls. This is NOT something I have read and misunderstood. I wish that were so.

If a website conducts a contest and I were submit a story about a person and a photo of them, is that illegal? If it is, who is liable, me or the website owner? I ask because there is a contest and the website asks for your story and you have an option of submitting this persons photo to go along with the story and they will be placed on the page for viewers to vote on. Any help would be great....Thanks!

Think about it for a second before you answer. That's somebody's grand parent we're talking about here.
Have you ever seen an elderly person just barely peering over the steering wheel?

I'm not saying that they shouldn't be in a vehicle... I'm just saying DON"T let them drive because it's VERY unsafe. Unsafe for everyone else.
Has anyone checked the stats to find out how many drivers in America are over the age of 75???
I'd sure like to know...

I was dating this guy and he was cheating on me with a girl i used to know. So i told her he was a cheater and showed her pictures to prove it. I told her that she better not kick him out (He was living with her... wow... sorry still in shock) until he has a place to stay and if she does she and i will have problems. She is 17 and i turned 18 November 2nd.
Her mother came over to my house today screaming at me, trying to get me to hit her. I have a 1 year old daughter and the chicks mom said, "I am going to bring this e-mail to the sherriffs office and start a DCF case against you. Hopefuly they will find you a fit mother after they see what kind of person you are."
Okay, first off, i am a very good person. I do everything i can for my friends and even people i dont know. I take good care of my daughter.
I want to file charges on her before she charges me. She came to my house and threghtend me. She stood on my pourch and screamed and got in my face and i didnt say anything back.

does she have a case? she was at work and was going over some of the printing jobs she was working on, and her supervisor took on a job that had pornographic material in it. He said he didnt know it was there and blew it off like it was nothing(hes gay) so it didnt bother him. She felt very uncomfortable but didnt want to say anything. After taking it higher the manager in charge apologized and said he would remove it so she couldnt see it. but there is a company policy saying that they will not print this type of material. The other supervisor is not being delt with and she still feels very uncomfortable about it all. So my question is, what should do?

I am seriously behind, I want to make some type of settlement arrangement with them, but a lawyer keeps calling, won't talk about any settlement or payment arrangements, wants the full amount NOW or says he will take a lean against my property. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

basicly what happend was we had a cat when the exterminator sprayed our house and they sprayed right on the cat even though i said the cat was there and almost imediantly after my cat got supposedly liver disease and died but i think getting her sprayed poisened her

Now the air we breathe is a problem . Now they have been selling machines to clean the air in our homes. What about the outside air ? Los Angeles air quality has got to be the worst place then anywhere, you can't even see one star at night . We are so over populated it's crazy . 101 fwy jammed all the time . To many kids in a class room . How do you keep so many kids interested in school subjects with so many children with one teacher who can't give individual attention when required and it's not there fault ? When your child gets behind and you start communicating with the teacher to bring up his grades and with one month left till summer and a grade goes up from a D to a B help me understand how can that happen in a month? Bottom line our taxes are going where???? It's sickens me. Freeway walls get built and people adopt the wall they gave money to build . 25% of homeless people are the kids that came home from war they fought for us and they have no place to go.

Me and another good five employees in our department want to change departments, however our VP has held our department to a freeze, meaning we can't apply for any positions avialable within the company. They tell us this is because of being "short staffed" but they wont to anything to hire anyone else in so we are NOT short staffed. I more than anything feel that they wont let us move because management are a$$holes. is this illegal?

Even though I don't agree, some people have argued that consensual incest between two adults where no children are produced should not be looked down upon...that the "taboo" nature of such a relationship is due more to religious/conservative attitudes.

However, if activists tried to lobby governments to legalize such relationships, do you think in time incest will be considered "the norm" by society? For example, do you think a brother and sister in a sexual relationship deserve the same legal status as a married couple?

ill be 17 in january have a full time job and can afford to support myself. i have not seen my dad in roughly 4 years but he threatens to "make" me go to tennessee (where he lives) neither parents have full costudy my mom consents to me being emancipated but i dont talk to my dad and dont wish to. he has a temper and in the past been physically abusive. i want to move out on my own but cant also i would like to live my life without having to look over my shoulder to see if my dad is there going to take me away. do i have a case???

My Ex has physical placement of our son, we have joint custody. About a year ago, he decided he wasn't going to allow me to take the child for visits because we disagreed on certain things. (At that point he wasn't in violation of the visitation order because it stated visitation was as the parties "mutually agree" upon). I then petitioned the court to get a specific visitation schedule, amongst other things that were going on that needed to be dealt with. The judge ruled in my favor and a very specific order was put into place. Now, he is violating the order by not allowing all of my scheduled visits, and violating some other things. He also, he has my son, who is 10, believing that I am the one failing to want to see him, or spend time with him. I went ahead an filed a violation petition, which I am awaiting a court date. Does anyone have an idea of the possible ways the judge might deal with the situation?
