basicly what happend was we had a cat when the exterminator sprayed our house and they sprayed right on the cat even though i said the cat was there and almost imediantly after my cat got supposedly liver disease and died but i think getting her sprayed poisened her

I am sure in your contract it states that it is your responsiblity to make sure all animals and children are out of the house.

I doubt it. They probably gave you ample opportunity to get the cat, and you were aware that the exterminator chemicals could be toxic. Anyway, even if you sued, you would have to prove that the cat died of the spray, not just that you think the cat died. Did you take her to a vet?
