my dad & sister are very extroverted & adventurous, while my mom & I aren't. yet, my mom has long work hours, so im usually with my dad & sis. they're doing this thing while driving that i m questioning if i should allow it & wat i should do: my dad sits in the drivers seat like normal, while my sis is in the passenger seat. thats not it, but should that b allowed? shes ten, but over 100 pounds. then, my dad's foot is on the petal and he lets go of the wheel, my sis then puts her hands on the wheel & steers the car. They do this a lot, & my dad even lets my sister's younger friends do this. it annoies me a lot bcuz its illegal to drive until ur 16, so i think thats illegal. however, my sis isnt exactly driving cuz her foot isnt on the petal, & also my dad is an excelent driver w/ fast reflexes, if that makes a difference. so, is it illegal?? what should I do? What should i tell them coz they dont listen 2 me? any other advie is appriciated. thanks!!!

Let's say you are in a flat with some one you have just met in a club, you're both very drunk and have been flirting all night long and they have invited you up for 'coffee'. They excuse themselves to go and slip into 'something a little more comfortable' and return wearing something which makes you take a big gulp. You go in for the kill and kiss them passionately; they are kissing you back...... your hands wander and they murmur something while breathing heavily and appearing to enjoy. The evening goes its course and you wake in the morning to find the police there and your one night stand claiming they don't remember consenting but are sure they would have said 'no' at some point.

A husband is lying in bed feeling in the mood and tries it on with his wife, she refuses but he persists until she eventually sighs and snaps"oh go on if you must!", so he does.

A friend was hired on a job. She went for training today to manage a cash advance store, when she got there to train the store was a wreck. I mean nasty wreck, dirty floors, spider webs, filthy bathroom, fridge with food that was left in it. As soon as she walked in the door the owner said well start cleaning. The girl has a history of executive manangement and that's why she took the job. She said she did a lil sweeping but felft very uncomfortable. One of the regional managers went to get supplies and told her to get a bucket and mop the floor. She told the RM that she was not comfortable cleaning the store since it was sooooo nasty. The RM told her if she didn't want to help clean then she could leave. Well she left. The owner himselft stated the store smelt like Sh**. Now the RM dismissed her... can she do anything about that?? I told her she prob. could because if you are coming to be "Trained" and your made to particpate in that, has to be something wrong with that.

My SDI ends in 2 weeks. My boss continued to pay me for 3 weeks after I became ill. I did not ask for this. I explained to her that I did not need the money since I was applying for disability benefits and I am fortunate enough to have an emergency savings account to support myself. Now she wants me to return to work when she's ready since she has to figure out MY schedule after 10 years of service (I have always worked an 8 hr shift 5 days a week) AND the schedule of a “temp” she wants to keep, and my 2 co-workers. I know by staying home an additional 3 weeks it would stop any kind of payback to her which makes since. Can any of this jeopardize my employment? What are my rights?

I live in NY and for over 30 years I have used my middle and last names on every contract and piece of paper I have signed (even got my passport and non-driver's I.D. issued that way). After all this time I want to change my S.S. card so that my name matches the name I've been using for the past three decades because my new job won't list, pay or issue insurance cards as middle/last, but as first/last because that's what's on my S.S. card (my other jobs had no problem using my middle/last). The S.S. office tells me I have to get a court order switching my first/middle names before they can change my card information. Isn't my given middle name also my legal name? It's not like the name I'm asking them to list on the card is one that I picked out of a book because I liked it better than the name I was given. Help, anyone? Thanks.

Last year I received a summary offense for underage consumption of alcohol. I plead guilty and paid the fine and it's all over with in my book. I am aware that this will show up on a criminal background check. I'm a finance major and my question is will a summary offense like underage consumption of alcohol prevent someone from getting a job in the business world?

Is it worth it for me to go through the process of getting this expunged? - My record is clear other than this.

Recently divorced after a long $20,000 battle. The judge make his ruling based on what he has put in writing as.. "my feeling". NOT FACT. He refuses to use our previous income tax as my actual income. He has added what he feels I actually make (over 25,000 higher annually) to base alimony payments. Also, I have to pay ALL the debt that was taken in my name without my knowledge. (Until I did a credit report) There is nothing we can do about fraud, because apparantly your spouse has the legal right to obtain credit in the pther spouses name WITHOUT the others knowledge. I am drowning in debt with no help from the other. I will be in contempt of court if all of this isnt payed each month, but the money isnt there to do it. Dont judges have to make a ruling based on FACT not FEELING? What are my options going to a higher court? The attorney fees are just getting worse with no end in sight. HELP!

A couple of months ago I was backed into by a Hummer. And instead of exchanging insurance info with me, the kid took off. Now the police found him and I have the report and it says "No Citation Was Issued" Does that mean he didnt get into any trouble for hitting me and then running? If so is there somthing I could do about that? The kid was 16....what is that teaching him??????? It just doesnt seem fair.....

I had a couple questions about handguns in the state of ohio. I know i should call the Sheriff but he's hard to get ahold of in my county.

But if i purchase a handgun form a private seller do i have to register that handgun. THe gun was bought by him and registered by him bc he bought it from a commerical dealer. I heard as long as its a provate seller you dont have to.

Also Where i live is right on the OHIO WV boarder and there's a nice public range in wv. Do i have to notify anyone before taking my gun over there or can i transferit as long as its locked up and in plain sight and not loaded?

So I was at this club tarin it up when some ghetto guy gets pissy that I am gridin on his chick. So I tell him to take it outside and we will handle this man to man. so we go outside and me and my boys give him a good beatin. The next day this sissy mary decides to press charges instead of actin like a real OG. So know me and my homies are going to have court dates. My question is, is it me or is this really messed up. It's damn a lot of money that he owe.(Over $15000)
and I have no clue what is goverment taxes.

I once witnessed a murder in Dorking, some corrupt cops crept into my home one night, beat me unconcious and masturbated me with a piece of the victims clothing. But this was several years AFTER the murder took place! So I'm hoping I can prove they tampered with the evidence by getting somebody to date it.

I recently received temporary custody of my 4 young grandchildren. When I told my landlord, he said I have to move and said I would have 10 days after receiving eviction papers. I thought it was 30 days on a month to month rental with no lease.
