I forget to get a advice about this.
My husband also owe goverment taxes..
It's damn a lot of money that he owe.(Over $15000)
and I have no clue what is goverment taxes.
I want to tell him pay it back to goverment. but I need some information about it. ( I'm not a native english speaker or wrtier.. sometimes people telling me that "it's not correct grammar or something)

I need information about it because of He is gonna keep telling me " you don't know what you talking about. that's not right" so I want to learn about this and tell him. and tell me what is going to happen if he did not pay the goverment taxes

You need to get all of your information together and go down to the IRS and talk to them. Find exactly what you owe and for what tax years. You will need to get all paper work together that you have and organize it, by year is best. Request a translator.
You may need to pay a tax lawyer but he could get the IRS to accept an Offer in Compromise where you tell them that you'll pay something if they forgive the rest of the debt.

You need to talk to him to get the specifics as there are many "government taxes". I don't know why you need more information to tell him to pay the taxes.
