There is no law covering this in Florida, or as far as I can tell in any state. It is perfectly legal, in fact, to have a large family in a single room apartment. How would homeless and poor people provide a separate room for opposite sex children?

I answered this question about Texas...the lady wanted to know if it was against the law for siblings of the opposite sex to share a room.. i have a daughter (11) and a son (7) and i live in a 2 br apartment. Right now we are fixing our credit up to buy a house but for now no body has said anything to me about only living in a 2 br apartment w/ my two kids. I don't think it's anyone's business let alone the governments. If someone has a problem w/ it tell the them (or the government) to give you some more money to get a bigger place and/or buy a house. Believe me if someone said anything to me about that i would surly tell the "GIVE ME MONEY" otherwise butt out

It's very unlikely that there's any law about it at all. Certainly a quick look on Findlaw didn't come up with anything.
What sleeping arrangements parents make for their children is, generally, up to the parents. Not everyone is rich enough to be able to afford a home with one bedroom per child.

of course it is actual criminal. As they attitude their adolescents it must be a quite irrelevant, yet for hundreds of years total households have lived interior the same rooms for the duration of the international. maximum folk achieve this which you should immediately.
