Has anyone gotten a restraining order on their kids father, and needed to get an order on custody and visitation?

We broke during my pregnancy, and he didnt want anything to do with me and wanted me to get rid of the baby, cause he said it wasnt his. Now he is stalking me and wants me to pay paternity, and says once he finds out its his, hes taking my son away from me. My son is now 6 months old and has only seen him on 5 seperate occasions.

"Has anyone gotten a restraining order on their kids father, and needed to get an order on custody and visitation?" - I'm going to say YES. That is pretty much the business they are in. If you need to do that you REALLY need to hire a lawyer.
Your additional information just reinforces what I said earlier, you really need to see a lawyer.
