...that if and when burglars, robbers and muggers are caught that they should be forced to repay to the victim the cost of what they have stolen, rather than be sent to the prisons which are full up anyway? And how would you enforce this?
I would make them clean the streets and any other menial task until the whole debt, plus interest, is paid.

also, are there any other servants in the world that can vote on a $4,400.00 a year raise for themselves while being completely unable to pass any other meaningful legislation? It just seems odd to me that a person or persons can give themselves a raise for not doing their job. This applies to republicans and democrats as they are all guilty.

I was staying at a friends house, she was present at the house, with her children. The oldest (14) had friends over, I took sleep medication. When I awoke, my clothes were partiallly off, and there were 3 teenage boys on me. They were pouring prescription cough medicine down m y throat. They told me they had sex with me and with a baseball bat. I was very sore and humiliated, but I didnt want to tell my friend this about her son. 2 months later, the son tells his father that I had consentual sex with him and his friends on a regular basis, which is not true...any suggestions?

I have been expecting a home delivery from 9am-11am from Tesco

They have not bothered to call me to tel me the delivery will be late or anything, it is me that has to call them, for them to say that they will call me back. They have not.

The driver is not answering his phone either.

I have looked online and it is saying that the items have been delivered.

They have taken the money off my card.

My application for flexible working was turned down yesterday on the grounds there was no business case. I applied because I have a 1month old son and I wanted to do 0730-1600 to miss the rush hour and spend more time with him. Anyway my manager forgot to take the application to the meeting where these things are usually discussed so I asked HR what was going to happen and later that day I was told it was turned down. If it did not go through the same process most other applications go through do I have a case to appeal against this?
