Once you enlist.. they have you.. they can send you where ever they want to send you.. It says so.. even though they will attempt to send you where you request.. if your body is needed some place else.. that's where you go...

Breach of contract... ROFLMAO.. talk to all the gaurdsmen and reservist's.. that signed up for 1 weekend a month that are now in Iraq.. talk about breach.....

No. Despite being able to choose a preferred duty station, the government reserves the right to change your orders, duty station, and/or unit assignment.

Remember, you agreed to serve at the needs of the Branch of Service you joined. You're not the only person in the service who has seen their "wish-list" of duty stations flushed down the toilet.
