I was staying at a friends house, she was present at the house, with her children. The oldest (14) had friends over, I took sleep medication. When I awoke, my clothes were partiallly off, and there were 3 teenage boys on me. They were pouring prescription cough medicine down m y throat. They told me they had sex with me and with a baseball bat. I was very sore and humiliated, but I didnt want to tell my friend this about her son. 2 months later, the son tells his father that I had consentual sex with him and his friends on a regular basis, which is not true...any suggestions?

I have a pacemaker and a medical condition which makes my heartrate and circulation drop, I have sleep problems. Also, my son is their age and these kids were bragging at school which is how it came to my attention, I told these kids to stop it or I would press rape charges.(My son was humiliated too) I beleive these kids were scared so they came up with this consentual story.

What are you doing staying at peoples' houses anyway? Sleepover time is over. It's not stable to have non-related adults sleeping in your house if you have children, so that's clue #1 that this family is dysfunctional. Get a lawyer and get out of this situation, and then do what you need to do to stabilize your life and get away from shady relationships.
I'm not blaming the victim. Rape is a crime. But you will need to keep herself out of danger in the future, and trusting shady people is dangerous.

First off, you need to seek legal council and cover your bases. Any one of those parents can literally destroy your professional life. Next I would recommend telling your friend the truth about what happened. Although, your friend may not listen or beleive you she deserves to hear the truth from you.
Lastly, and most important, you need to report this incident to some type of authority; whichever one you choose. If what you said was true, those boys are HIGHLY prone to raping another girl later in their lives. Trust me you will be saving another innocent girl from allot of grief and pain.

WELL FIRST I WOULD SUGGEST YOU ET A LAWYER second i would talk to the father andtell him what really happend and to talk to all thre boys seperatly to see howq their story add up third i would quit taking that medication because if it makes you sleep like that where someone cau use a bat with you and you still dont wake up something is serious wrong and there is no way of telling how many times that has happen since you dont remember anything. they must had seen you in that state before to know they could do all what they had done and you would not wake up. to me its unbelieveable that some one could get a bat inserted inside of them and not feel it.if this did happen you have no proof and its three people words against your word dont look good to me

This was not your fault, and really had nothing to do with you. It has 100% to do with these pervs who did this.

Get a lawyer. Immediately. Your claim of rape will be open to a charge of recent fabrication and you need to lawyer up urgently.

tell the truth and talk to the mother about it. there has to be more to the story, why would he say this out of no where. if necessary take it to court but don't ruin relationships. if they decide to take you first try to find some eveidence to the rape (maybe a confession from the two other kids.) please email me with further info and advice :]
