What type of terrorist are you talking about and what sort of act concerns you? Personally, if he is carrying a bomb I would run and shout like hell. If he had a gun I hope I would be far enough away for him to miss. Unfortunately, the majority of terrorists are " professional" hit men and an ordinary person would not have a chance.

If you caught him in the act, it would probably be curtains for you all. If you caught him before the act, depends whether he was a suicide bomber, then I would run like hell, but if he'd left a car which you suspected was carrying bombs, then I think instinct would take over and you'd rush him. Of course, the sensible thing would be to dial 999 immediately, but who acts with common sense in such circumstances!

Yes, good idea mate - and then let us bring back public flogging, hanging, drawing and quartering, burning at the stake etc. for all of those 'traitors' who disagree with those in power - for that would be the next step.
I think not.
Besides, you would not have a chance in Hell of catching him/her - most like would not even know who they were in a crowd if they did their job correctly!

It would depend what he was doing and the safety of myself and others.I would probably run as fast as i could to the authorities shouting as i went to others to get to hell out of the area.

IF I was armed with my 9mm Beretta, I would wound him/herenough so they couldn't move (hit them in the leg, shoulder or abdomen then I'd call the cops. If I was not armed, I'd call 911 and let them put me on "hold".
