If I signed papers to donate my house in return for a small loan from a family member, unknowingly, how can I bring them to court and have it overturned? The papers was signed under false pretences, because I did not know I was donating my house in return for the small loan, which could never equal the total of the house. Now my house is not longer in my name because of this.

I am fully disabled and unable to work. A law firm is attempting to collect on a two year old credit card debt. My only income is from Social Security Disability. Does Federal Law protect my disability income? If so, what should I write to the attorneys to stop their letters demanding payment? My accident (and determination of full disability) occurred after the charges on the credit card.

This was not a corporal punishment incident. It was a teacher that stated that this is what he uses to get the students' attention. What is the reporting agency that can deal with teacher misconduct? In a small town, locals cover up for each other. Along with the steps of a process to follow, can a citizen have an outside agency to report to or seek help from—aside from obtaining a lawyer? Looking for all possible recourses to follow. It appears thus far, that the teacher, the teacher's immediate superior, the principal and on up have opted to sweep it under the rug. Please help. What transpired was absolute wrong!

I can understand no firearms, but the right to petition and freedom of speech??? This is the free country, yet just because somebody chose the random age of 18, we can't do the same things somebody who passed a test to become an American, who can also go and buy guns and other questionable items while we are legally stuck in school for over 10 years that those immigrants never had, and yet they still have more rights that native students who may even understand the culture and laws better than they. Is that right???

I didn't say he or anyone politician can correct what the government has done by advoiding to abide by their promise to us of free Medical. No it isn't for fighting in a war, it is just the fact of being in the military. As for the flag burning which will always be an on going battle. Last year the amendment to rattify the burning of the flag and making it inconstituional was brought to a vote and the Senate shot it down. The Flag represents the Freedom of this country and since there seems to be people that doesn't understand anything about the flag, then they may want to lok it up before they speak. The red Stripes in fact represents the Blood that was shed by the soldiers to keep our country free. I guess to have to fight in a war to really understand that fact. Burning our Flag is wrong, and if you want to burn it then you don't need to be in this country. Plain and simple.

Once, in English class, the teacher had the students read aloud, and when it was Cho's turn, he just looked down in silence, Davids recalled. Finally, after the teacher threatened him with an F for participation, Cho started to read in a strange, deep voice that sounded "like he had something in his mouth," Davids said.

"As soon as he started reading, the whole class started laughing and pointing and saying, `Go back to China,'" Davids said.

Taking facts and charts from Nationmaster.com, and other sources I have heard over the radio and television, America is the #1 highest crime country in the world, beating out Germany, who is the 2nd highest crime country by almost 400%

Firearm related murders and deaths rank in at 8,256 for the U.S. compared to Germanies.384, over 20 times more murders with firearms alone, than the second country on the list.

Alot of people blame this on the society, and video games, and movies, and TV, but ALL of the other modern day countries have the EXACT same things as we do, same TV shows, same video games, same movies shown there as they are here, so that can't be the reason as to why the U.S. crime is so much different.

My question is, why is the American crime rate so outrageously higher than any other crime rate in the world? What is it about the U.S. that makes it different than the rest?
