Yes. Sexual abuse and harassment extends to married couples as well as unmarried. We are always supposed to treat each other with respect and courtesy. Just because you are married is no excuse to harrass or abuse your spouse. It is wrong. You don't do that to people you love or are supposed to love.

Absolutely. I worked with my wife at a hotel and we were going through rocky times. We never told anyone we worked with of our troubles. One day I find myself in the General Manager's office and what do you know? My wife accused me of speaking down to her, and I eventually had to go to court (we are now divorced). Unbelievable.

Sexual harassment really only applies to the workplace and in educational institutions...

Why would your spouse want to sue you? I would think only if you are divorced what is she/he going to accomplish by suing you if you are married?
