This sounds like a clear case of Stalking and it can be filed as a criminal case under the recent laws against Stalking.

Of course the girl has to prove this person is stalking her; a copy of emails, recorded phone conversations, witnesses that hear the conversation etc. will be required.

The act has to go on for more than 3 instances that can be proven. This sets a pattern and so a case can be filed.

I assume that you are still in school because you are using the terms boy and girl. So I would gather my proof and report this stalker to the principle. Then I would have the girl tell her parents and ask them to call his parents to tell him to stop. These are all the reasonable things that you can do.

If the boy still stalks the girl then the girl should go to the principle's office and call the police. She can ask that the incident be handled in the principle’s office to avoid embarrassment of the school or anyone else (principles hate bad press about their school).

If the principle refuses to allow such a meeting then the girl has to go to the police station and file a crime. If the girl is a minor then she needs to bring a parent who can say that this is for real and not part of some hoax. The parent can also say that they were informed of the stalking and they called the parents of the stalker to try and stop him. The girl can also have the principle listed as another official that was alerted to the crime and give a chance to respond. By doing this the girl will have a firm case and the principle will be in trouble if they didn’t do anything to stop the stalking.

1. Gather evidence and witnesses
2. Report the crime to the school principle
3. Report the crime to the girl’s parents
4. The girl’s parents should report the crime to the
boy’s parents.
5. If this fails then the girl needs to have her parents
file a criminal complaint.

Which dictionary says that being irritative, disturbing, annoying and persuing after denial IS BEING POLITE.

You have changed the meaning of polite altogether. If u term such a person to be polite then what will you call a person who does not do any of these.

Actually the problem is with the person who is being persued. It is known to all and it isnt a secret that being persued feels great and you start craving for such persuasions even if you dont like that person. Sometime later you may even start liking the person whom you hated.

And as for the acts you mentioned, personally I feel that these kinds of acts are the results of some disorder or its simply craving for a female flesh.

Consider this:

Logically it sounds reasonable to crave for a good looking person because one cannot love a person who is not good enough in looks and personality. Did you ever pose this question to yourself whether you would be willing to love and live with a person who is good in his behaviour but ugly in appearance. Good in his qualities but ugly in looks and style. The answer would be a big NO. I wonder why we fantasise and romanticise LOVE as if we are doing some sacrifice or charity. Ultimately we are doing what is good for us, what suits best for us.

Therefore kick this person out of your life if you dont like him and mislead yourself and wait until you have found the person who suits you because you need a good looking and well groomed person.

For getting rid call the police and register a complaint against this person for the offences of nuisance, eve teasing and harrassment.

If you are both high school students just ignore the guy, you are not the only girl being asked out by some loser so don't over react, for what I read all he has done is asking you out, and that is not sexual harassment or stalking; so do you really want to send him to jail where he can be killed by other criminals just because he is an immature kid that is in love with you?

Just ignore him and he will get the message; we all have been asked out by some irritating or annoying person sometime in our life. Now if he gets nasty or violent then talk to your parents, teachers, and cops.

You need to be more specific but I assume you're talking about meeting someone from the internet. If you feel you could be in danger you should go to the police. If he calls you and hangs outside your house, it's harassment and/or stalking and you need a restraining order.

This is sexual harrasment. Its not intentional infliction of emotional distress....he does not appear to intend you harm...and for negligent infliction of emotional distress you would have to show that you have a physical affect of the stress...night terrors, panaroia...so on

Sexual harrasment is not criminal as one of the answers said...you report it to your employer or school...it wasn't clear where you two are...if they do nothing you have a possible law suit...consult an attorney.

This would be best called harassment.

It is against the law in many communities. Check with the police where you live for the specifics involved, especially if sexual harassment is involved.
