If I signed papers to donate my house in return for a small loan from a family member, unknowingly, how can I bring them to court and have it overturned? The papers was signed under false pretences, because I did not know I was donating my house in return for the small loan, which could never equal the total of the house. Now my house is not longer in my name because of this.

If you can prove that the pretences were false, you may have a case. Your major problem is that you signed a contract to give up your home for money. If you recieved the money the transaction is done. Good Luck!!!

They can't. A gift cannot be revoked. A donation is a gift.
What you did was to Contract, not donate. Go see a lawyer. You were induced by fraud and it may be possible to reverse this. See a lawyer immediately.
