You can get something Notarized for free at your local courthouse.

If you are looking to obtain your own notary status, go here:

http://www.nationalnotary.org/howto/index.cfm?text=howToNotary

click on your state, fill out the paperwork, and your in there

some places do it for loose, others cost a nominal cost. it is going to cost you decrease than $10 for the three varieties, else you have become screwed. Hospitals continually have a notary available, as do funeral residences. Banks, submit workplaces and Licensing centers are a sturdy wager, too. or you may look it up on your interior of sight telephone e book.

If you just need something notarized, go to the courtouse. If you want to be one, my husband got his by applying online and then paying $15 to get certified. Search it if you want to apply. I am not sure of the site.
