If an adult poses an indecent question to a minor, does this qualify as an offense; misedemeanor or felony?
How would they legaly prosecute if it were an offense?
This is for the state of California

If an adult asks a police officer ,posing as a minor, if they ever strip and show their breasts online, is this an offense? What type of clasfification of an offense is it felony or misdemeanor?

Several laws, take your pick. One of them is "Solicitation of a Minor". You only have to have the Intent to Solicit a MINOR. It doesn't matter that the person is not actually a minor that you are soliciting.
It is a felony.
They'd use your IP address to find you, arrest you, charge you, and prosecute.

if an adult posing as a minor online is asked to do anything illegal, ie. show me yer t-ts, the adult has broken the law.

there are people who spend a lot of time online posing as kids to find adults who are soliciting minors.

I am happy about this.

If a person thinks they are committing a crime, they are. If they do it thinking they did not commit a crime, and the one showing her t-ts is a minor, it's still a crime. Society, (and I) do not look on this sort of thing favorably
