It it fruad to conceal that you own property from the banruptcy court? Even more importantly, say someone co-owned a piece of land (without a homestead on it) and intentionally lied about owning it so they wouldn't lose it....then I report them....what would happen to the land? Would it be taken? Forced sold? What about the other co-owner. What is that person's rights?

I currently work at a department store for the past three weeks, But I am on paid suspension because of a past shoplifting charge that was wrongful put on me. I am still a minor till July, but I didn't think it was on my record because I said it wasn't me and I never recieved any paper saying that I was charged with anything. I didn't even pay a fine. But now they say they might have to fire me because of an incident that happen 6 years ago.
Is that legal? Also, can I fire for unemployment if they do fire me, because there is no legal grounds for my dismissal?

Serious question. Please no stupid answers.
Today, i was parked in a grocery parking lot, not handicapped, regular space. A police officer cruised by and stopped and wrote a ticket for someone without a handicap sticker of any kind that was parked in the handicapped parking. Question. Is it illegal to park in the handicapped parking without a sticker? What is the penalty?
No, I do not park in handicapped parking. I think its wrong. I have relatives that use handicapped parking so I know and understand why they need and deserve that space. Im asking from a legal standpoint.
Thank you for the legitimate answers. Have a good night!

All dorm rooms should have metal detectors and video cameras. Why would a child need a gun at school. On top of this Cho wasn't even an American citizen. Why on Earth would we allow visitors from other countries buy guns? It would be like giving nuclear bombs to Bin Laden. The person that said that non-Americans can come to American and buy weapons of destruction (no matter how small they are) made a big mistake. These terrorists say that they hate us because we're free and because we're wealthy but they must be more dissatisfied with their own countries otherwise they wouldn't come to America. They are truly hypocrites. They ought to improve their own countries rather than terrorize better off countries. Jealousy and frustration is not a justification for murder. If a person is producing less than their share in society instead of being embarrassed and killing people they wish they were like they ought to work on trying to be like the people they envy.

Do you think these laws should be extended on account of the growing anti-social and criminal gang culture spilling out onto the streets in Britain? For example there are huge gangs of youths who hang around in my street and they are often abusive and threatening. I know elderly people who are afraid to leave the house. I've seen them pick on lone people trying to walk their dog or get to the local shops.

Recently we've began standing up to them and have had a group of them with weapons enter our garden threatening to assault us. By the time the police get here they are gone and difficult to identify as they dress the same and wear caps. We are advised that even although these youths enter our property, hugely out-number us and wield weapons (including blades), we would be prosecuted should we also attain weapons and proceed to defend our property and ourselves while we await the police to attend. How should we deal with issues such as this?

I cannot stand it when people are careless with spelling and grammer. Not only do they not proofread, but they ignore the spell check button that is supplied.

My car was parked in the lot where it would be worked on the following day. Through the night it was vandalized. My ins. doesn't cover. Is this the responsibility of the property owner or their insurance? There were no "park at own risk" signs and later learned this establishment had recently been the site of attempted robberies.

I am not in favour of taking away everyone's guns.

Neither do I like the idea of anyone being able to get a gun whenever or whereever they want to.

Can you give a succinct answer detailing how the USA can make a system of laws that limits gun violence without completely removing the right to bear arms or giving too much power to the government?

I am a U.S. citizen and a resident of the state of CA. I am considering taking a job working for someone (who himself is apparently working as a subcontractor for someone else or an organization) where the work involves getting valid signatures to support putting an initiative on the state ballot.

This person was telling me that it's perfectly legal with respect to federal, state, county, city laws (including any regulations, statutes, codes, etc.), at least in California, to be anywhere to solicit or petition for signatures (including door-to-door canvassing, but also to setup a table outside any shopping center or strip mall or supermarket or retail store without the legal necessity for first getting permission from property owner or store manager)? Is this true?

Have a employer who does not let employees, go to church on sundays. That's discrimination against religion. Also intimidation and put downs also take a roll in it. If the boss is confronted, he uses his position and power to control. Just like a batterer controlling his spouse with different ways of demeaning and threats (fear of loosing job).
