please can anyone tell me who I can complain to about this, as I have sent several emails & phoned them several times but get not reply & they dont answer the phone so I have left lots of messages, please help.

If I get legal help will I have to pay for all the costs, esources is in England and I am in Ireland would that make a difference to me getting legal help?

if it stated dat if u were not happy u get ur refund back after 30days u have a case . the person u need to contact is da ombudsman, he/she is a person who makes sure our customer rights are protected.

I would also find out who you can report this to, like in the US we have the Better Business Bureau to send proof of a wrongdoing to and they keep a "business report card", like a financial credit score. And as a consumer we can contact them before we "hire" a company for anything. I also suggest googling a company before you send any money. Sometimes the credit card or e-pay site used can assist. In the US, the postal service also can get involved if solicited through the mail and then services were not provided.

Only legal action possible.First of all see the terms and condition for return and refund,whether anything is in the fine prints.In the case of online purchase you may not be able to get addess of the seller for serving legal notice.

You definitely can sue them for a breach of contract as they promise you to refund. Ireland and UK have very similar law especially for commercial case. Find any good lawyer in UK and they definitely will be happy to help you to sue.
