There is no excuse for killing babies. The partially born deserve rights like the rest of us.

The "bunch of rich guys" you are talking about happen to be the people whose job is to make decisions based on what they feel is morally right. Maybe they should do what they think is wrong? Or maybe they should give in to pro-abortion forces by allowing any irresponsible person to kill an innocent human being? The law "draws a bright line between abortion and infanticide." Let me just remind you that the horrible practice you are so fond of is still allowed, so people still have "options".
"... the Supreme Court has upheld a law that prohibits the abhorrent procedure of partial birth abortion. Today's decision affirms that the Constitution does not stand in the way of the people's representatives enacting laws reflecting the compassion and humanity of America."

You mean the partial birth abortion? I'm thrilled by it, and appauled that anyone is upset that its no longer being performed. It's just a barbaric, sadistic procedure that doesn't benefit anyone except a woman who no longer wishes to be a mother. Saying that its done because the womans health is at risk, is complete and utter bull. The babies those procedures are performed on, are late term babies. If you have them out that far, why not just let it go the rest of the way, and put the baby in an intensive care unit, until its strong enough to go home? But we'd rather stab it in the back of the head and remove the brains, even though, they feel pain, and they feel that happening.
And people are upset that we cant do this anymore. Sick.

no one aborts 'purely for the hell of it.' women individuals abort because of the fact they are pregnant and dont' decide to be. and how precisely could the medical institution verify if the lady replaced into 'irresponsible' or unlucky. How does one coach, 6-8 weeks after the reality, that a condom replaced into or wasnt' used? Or that it broke or leaked? Or that a delivery administration pill replaced into ignored?

You want the option to have a doctor deliver a baby almost at full term, deliver it's head stab it in the base of the brain and then suck out the contents. Partial birth abortion is not a new law, the old law was just upheld. How sick are people that want that to happen to a baby. Their is absolutely no reason for a woman to become pregnant these days with everything we have on the market to prevent it. women have plenty of options birth control, keeping their legs crossed, and abortion, we don't need partial birth abortion that is barbaric and beyond cruel. And people that support it are sick, cruel and selfish and only care about them selves. that baby feels pain in the womb and out of the womb.

Even though I know that the late term abortion is wrong and just thinking about it just gives me the chills, I don't like the idea of the government telling me what I can't do with my body. A mother with a deformed fetus, or that is threatening her life HAS to have the right to choose if she finishes the pregnancy or goes on with it. There are some abnormalities on the fetus that can only be detected in the second or third trimester, and now...they are telling a mother she has to keep a child, that she can't have a say on the decision, that the government already took that decision for her. And probably this will cost the government more, I hope they are making plans on how to give more funding to programs for these unwanted babies, who probably will be abandoned in the hospital for these women who didn't' want to have this babies. I am a PRO CHOICE.

Hmm. This is tough to predict. But let me try. You'll get a bunch of people saying it goes too far and another bunch saying it doesn't go far enough.
I'll check back later to see if I'm right.

I think that all anti-abortion folks should fight equally as hard for child support, affordable housing, nationalize health and child care. And well as foster youth programs, and abused children programs! I think anti-abortion fools don't give damn about the children or mothers, just being as crazed media and religious fanatics. It amazing that these same fools have the nerve to talk about the people in the Middle East! When they murder and act crazy too!
We need better sex education. It's amazing that these same crazes are for more laws against abortions, and against sex education that would prevent the need for abortions. The damn fools are also against social programs that would would help women be able to have their babies. And they are the same people who talk about family values, but go to family events with those sick posters!
Their just full of BS, and should stop this crap and work with real progressives to make real change!
Then they could tell

Oh, sure great decision on the partial abortion issue! It will very likely result in forcing females facing Placenta previa to add more abnormal babies into the world and allowing nature to create a unique balance by causing these female to have difficulties conceiving in future. So we'll have more mothers forced to bring babies under placenta previa conditions and won't live long anyway. And the trade off? A lot of women having to face conception difficulties in future. Since doctors would have to face 2 years of jail term if they perform partial abortion, they'll have to follow the law and allow these babies to be born to the detriment of their mothers. :Placenta previa occurs in approximately 1 in 200 births, according to the National Institutes of Health (NIH). So we'll probably have 1 out of 200 pregnant women facing difficulties of conception in the future.

Well since Judges Alito and Roberts both have daughters, they should really pray that none of their own daughters ever have to face placenta previa conditions. Doctors should never forget the partial abortion laws are passed because of these two judges. So, God forbid, if any daughter of these 2 judges, or any woman should have placenta previa conditions, then any doctor attending to her should just let her abnormal child be born (and such children seldom last long after birth) and let her face her future repercussion. America can prepare for more women falling depressed, and probably more husbands having mistresses to bear their children.
Also, since illegal aliens are responsible for the highest birth rates, the US can become Latino Land at a faster rate. And since some Churches are adding sex sermons to attract followers, prepare for more illegitimate births that will drain off America's tax dollars.
And of course, future generation of americans can thank Judges Alito and Roberts for America's future population problems. It's America's Way of Life to look for scapegoats because the real culprits always stay in the dark shadows.

Just think about it this way...
If your mom had aborted you, you wouldn't be alive right now to promote it. It's murder. Why do women think that to kill their child is "freedom of choice"? It's not themselves their killing, it's their children!
Scenario: A man walks up and shoots a pregnant women. Both the woman and the baby die. Now, how many murders is the man going to be charged with? Two! WHY!!?? Because he killed two humans! That's WHY!
