The store will pointy ask you to leave, and they may call the cops if you refuse to do so.

Stores reserve the right to not serve customers for valid reasons, like shoplifters. They can eject you from their property, they can call the police to harass you, but they cannot really charge you with at crime; unless you are guilty of committing a crime like shoplifting or resisting arrest etc.

If you didn't fill out any paperwork or sign any statements of guilt then the shoplifting case was never made and so it doesn't exist. The store still has the right to eject you and the police can be called to make sure you do leave the property. If you refuse to leave the property then the police could arrest you for criminal trespass, but only if you refuse.

Chances are the store doesn't care about your case anymore. They probably have records on the shoplifting, but those are buried in their files. If you behave yourself and don't try to shoplift anything again then you can safely shop at the store. But, if you do mess up then the store will look to see if they have any records on you. The store records are not subject to being sealed in the case of a minor reaching adult, and they can be admitted into court. If the store can prove that you have a history of shoplifting at their store they can file criminal charges and will most likely get the judge to give you the maximum sentence, which will most likely include some jail time.

Nothing unless they caught you stealing again. The ban is usually for a year not for life.

But even if the ban is still valid it usually only give them the right to ask you to leave the property or to charge you on the original crime if this have not prescribed; is not trespassing because they have their doors open to the public, just becasue you signed something it doesn't mean they can make up new laws. If the original crime prescribed all they will do is ask you to leave. Besides probably they don't even remeber you after this 4 years.

Now if they arrest you stealing again then they'll check their file and will remember you, and that won't be a good thing for you.

The business has the right to ask you to leave the premises. If they do (as they did 4 years ago) they usually report the incident to the police as a trespass. Then, if you are caught there again you are guilty of trespassing. If it gets serious they can get a restraining order against you and then if you are caught there will be criminal/civil penalties for ignoring a Court order

They commonplace your mastercard. threat is they received't adventure it with the id of those who've been banned from the keep. in the adventure that they do, they might prosecute, or they might in basic terms deliver you a letter telling you to chorus from doing employer there contained in the destiny. because you probably did not reason a scene and if the mastercard is valid, it form of feels to me to be going to extremely some difficulty to prosecute you. I doubt in the adventure that they even observe the actual undeniable actuality that it truly is you that made the acquisition and, no matter if or not they do, the clerk has some duty to analyze out the record of human beings banned there. i imagine you need to loosen up till something takes position. do not sweat issues which have not got here about yet. For Heaven's sake, keep some position else. there are quite some shops begging for customers on the instant!

First, I doubt the same manager is in charge. Second, I am sure your looks have changed in four years. A manager sees so many people day in and out that you will never be noticed.

That says something for you as far as growing up if you are worried about going to the store. You care, so you have learned from your mistake. Some people would have walked in immediately after it happened and not care..........Good for you. Keep up the good work!

Nothing, other than being banned once again. As a minor they simply opted out of taking a more serious tact with your shoplifting. As an adult you now have an obligation to stay out of trouble as the next time they will not be so friendly.

Nothing would happen, just because a manager who may not even work there any longer told you to stay out does not mean you can't go there to shop, as long as you don't pull another swifty.

As long as it's just shopping, and not shop lifting, I think you'll be alright.
