I have no problem with cops, and I think that that they are useful for catching murderers, rapists, and violent criminals, accidents, and helping. Anything else they do makes them a pig, especially speeding tickets which only serve as a state funded extortion business. When are we going to tell the state to suck it and stop them from coercing us by gunpoint?

Check your state's web site and write your Senators demanding they put a stop to ALL food imports from China until the quality of their products can be guaranteed.
Write to the FDA. Write to the White House. If we don't stand up to this atrocity it will continue.
It's now in human food... (yes, check your news -- pigs fed contaminated food, butchered and sold to humans) how many people will die or become sick before our government does something?
Write your Senators, your state reps., anyone you can find an email address for.

Long story short...boyfriend of 6 years lives w/ me and we have two kids together...has screwed me over so many times...I want him to leave but he won't. We rent and the lease is in my name only. I tried to get my landlord to do an eviction on him, he said he would but then didn't. B/f hasn't hurt me so there's no reason for the police to remove him or for me to get a restraining order to keep him away. How can I get this jerk out of my house and my life?
P.S. I have seen enough Judge Judy to know that if I throw his things out I might have to cover damage costs to them. Also I don't think it's legal for me to just change the locks...I live in Michigan and don't know what the laws are here...any ideas???

If Joseph Smith (False Prophet of Mormonism) were alive today, what Prison would he be in?

He purchased some 2000 year old Egyptian mummies along with their burial scrolls from a travelling circus and conned people into believing he could translate them. The result: "The Book of Abraham" . If true, it would have been the most outstanding Archaeological discovery of all time at over 4000 years old. Father Abraham was one of the most influential people who ever lived. He propped himself up as a General of a Militia and tried to lead an insurrection. So I ask, State or Federal Prison for Joseph Smith?

I know that mental health systems have a long way to go, but I feel like if there were laws made so that it would enable school officials to hire professionnals to evaluate students throughout the school year (grade school, secondary school, college) i feel like schools would be able to keep better tabs on their students and if there are any red flags along the way, that the school would be able to document them better. With this option, people could atleast feel safer and some 'free' consultants for the people who can't afford it. I know that this would mean a tuition hike, but at least i would be able to give up some of my freedoms and a few thousand dollars if it meant safer environments in the long run.

My husband changed his Will a few years ago and left me part of his property in another state. His sister is the excutor and she is insisting that he made a mistake in the wording of the Will and he didn't mean to leave me that property. I know the Excutor is suppose to defend the Will, but is the Executor allowed by law to contest the Will and then use my late husband's estate money for attoney fees?

This child's father has full custody but biological mother in Arkansas still has visitation rights. Recently child was placed in foster home without mothers consent/notification because of drug use in home. Does DHS in state of Missouri have this right without notification of other parent? Child was placed in home(Foster care does not know sign language, Mother was told that they can communicate with pen and paper)

I am positive we don't need or want the Government or an Amendment to the Constitution to realize that all citizens who want them for Defense, Hunting, Target Shooting, Collecting and Survival etc.. shall have them without the approval needed from Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime.. Sport and Survival and Recreation are all thats needed to be taken into consideration..Basically its a matter of FREE CHOICE AS WHETHER OR NOT TO POSSESS THEM.. I am in Canada (Ont) my son was brought home cause he stole a choc. bar. Now I just got a letter from some lawyer and they was almost 500.00 for him doing this. I dont know want to do.
