Well, this girl has been harrassing me for almost 2 years. She told her mom that she was staying the night with me [ i didn't know about it], the next day her mom calls and asks where she was at. I told her that the night before she said something about going 50 miles away from where we live. Ever since then, she has been my enemy. She threatened to beat me up, she threatened to do it while i had my little sister with me. She calls my house. I admit I have a fear of her. I have never said anything back and I have tried walking away. For the last year I have not been able to go outside alone. I hate it! My mom refuses to tell the police because the girl does not care. The girl has already been to jail 3 times. Should i take self- defense classes?? Any advice?? Thanks

I'm in highschool now and I have lots of papers to sign.

But I am also finding out which signatures I like and which I don't. Am I allowed to change signatures? Like if I grow up, will I have to use the same signature forever?

Also when does your signature become...written in stone? Dx

Relatedly, I'd love to see a defendant's lawyer say, before the case goes to trial, "I'm so confident in our innocence that we will give the plaintiff 2-to-1 odds: if they win, we'll pay double what you were asking and we'll serve double the time on any jail sentence we get."

Sure, there's so much room for cheats, like getting information from an opposing paralegal...but you can say the same thing about stockbrokers: there are a lot of ways you can get unauthorized financial information about a company to illegally make money off the stock market. Yes, it happens but not to the degree that it threatens the integrity of the stock market; so we don't have reason to think that it'll be fatal to a courtroom betting industry.

With hold visitation from the non- custodial parent due to the child having a broken arm? It is our visitation weekend and my son has a broken arm his mother is refusing me visitation for 2 weeks due to this. However, she is sending him to daycare for those 2 weeks. Can she do this?

I posted a question on before wondering if anyone might know how they got my number. Wasn't a big deal at the time because they "removed" my number.

Amazing how things just resurface. They called again. First he tried telling me he didn't. I told him, "You left a message!" He pulled back up and said, "Well, I guess if you ask me to remove your number, I have to." I told him, "I'm not asking, I demanding that my number be removed." I even gave them her phone number, which they already had!

Well, he then proceeded to tell me that he couldn't remove my number since it was "her file" she'd have to call and do it. Well, by that example, that means anyone can use your phone # and you have no say to remove it - even though they didn't have permission in the first place.

Anyway, short of actually involving my atty - how do I get my number removed?

ok well on tuesday and wensday me and my friend didnt want to go to school

He said he was going away for a week for business. We had a really bad fight and he never came back. When is it legal for me to get rid of all his stuff. I left him numerous messages telling him to tell me what he was going to do with it. Some were text messages. I know he is alive and well, because his g-ma called to see how I was since we had broken up. (that was rough concidering I didn't know we had.)
He is just ignoring me and refusing to answer my calls. He answer once when I blocked the number and hung up on me when I attempted to speak to him. It has been almost 3 weeks. I don't have any idea where he is or is living or anything, so I have no other information than his cell phone #. Despite the fact that I am broken hearted and completely at a loss for what to do emotionally, I am torn up over the idea that he has left all his stuff here without informing me of his intentions.
I don't want to get rid of his stuff, I want him (despite how messed up this is.) but...

I am looking to buy a Trike. I have a motorcycle license now, but my Wife doesn't.
1) Is There anything special needed for a trike?

2) Whould a standard operator (D) class do it?

3) Does anyone Who now rides a Trike wish they had stayed on 2-wheels? Pros/cons?

4) Have you seen this Can-Am Spyder comming out in Oct.?

I am considering possibly selling/trading off the herd to buy this thing. All I ever get a chance to do anymore are Long distance rides (weather permiting). Even then, mabe only once or twice a year. If I could ride in bad weather with a bit more confidents, I would get more time in the saddle. I/e: Ride to work more, Ride later and earlier in the year, ect. Expecially with a passengers needs to consider.

Any helpful insite would also be greatly apprichiated.
