Depends all on what you say, hopefully you took advantage of your 5th amendment rights. Most likely, if found guilty, you will get probabtion, at least thats how it is in my state.

The judge probably won't tell you anything.

The prosecutor will try you on whatever charges are brought, and the evidence will decide the outcome, then the judge will sentence you within the limits defined by the statute.
