My ex kicked me and the three kids out of the house on March 1. I know, I didn't have to leave, but because of the circumstances and stress he was putting us under, we left, and left him little behind, except what was his coming into the relationship. We now live in a tiny little apartment up the road from him, that has no washer and dryer, and I was told through a few friends that I could still go into our house and do laundry...but he has changed the locks, and stated that he will have me charged with trespassing... my name is still on the deed, and he still needs to buy me out on the house... do I still legally have access to it? Thanks in advance!

My neighborhood has become over run with white trash neo-cons. They end up with two or three cars and/or pick-ups in their driveway "they are fixin' up". This is a zoning violation. The one directly behind us has a oversized temporary pool. The largest pool you can put up temporarily in my town can not excede 42" deep, 18' wide or more than 5,000 gallons. This is up from 36" deep, 15' wide or more than 3,000 gallons in 2005. Anything larger needs zoning approval. That means fenced, locking gate and out of view. It means hard wired electric to filter buried in conduit. It means higher tax assessment.
It's only fair they abide by the laws of our community, right? The guy behind me has a 12x28x52" pool with 7,000 gallons (looked it up on the web). He's way over the limit. He's complained about us for 5x5' garden shed which is small enough to be exempt from zoning. What's fair is fair I say!

acccording to the new's papers he could get 50 years or more if convicted? hell I didn't think it was a serious charge to spy on America any more as the only thing they do to Israeli spys is to send them back to Israel, even the ones who gave our secrets for the silent propeller for our Los Angles subs or for giving our radar secrets for our guided missiles to Russia, or the unregistered Mossad agents who were celebrating the bombing of the W.T.C. they held them for about 3 months in jail and then sent them home, why??? the F,B,I, SAYS THEY FAILED THE LIE DETECTOR TESTS GAVE BY A F.B.I. SPEALIST, some how this picture don't make sense, as the F,B,I, also stated this M,O,S, fit the Mossad much better than it doe's O,B,L, in fact the F,B,I, don't even believe O,B,L, was involved , and said how could a rag head sitting in a cave some where in the mountains ever get enough information to pull some thing this big off, also why were there no Jew's in the W,T,C,

The government decides what right offs are taken and they are less and less as the years go by. The government gets our money before we do, blantanly denying us the opportunity to recoup or write our expenses off at their descresion. They set the tax laws and we all must accept them otherwise we break the law and can loose much much more. Isnt this more like dictatorship embezzlement? They can spend spend spend and waste money like crazy but we are all accountable to their wants and needs and our money truley isnt ours any more. Really who can even begin to figure out all the loop holds in tax forms without spending more money inorder to have them done for us? Whats this all about?

I work for an electronic lock company. Around 4 months ago, we sold 120 locks to a motel in Winter Haven, FL. As we agreed, 33% payment before shipping, 33% CoD, another 33% will need to be paid after the installation. So we send our installers to the property and found out the property does not meet our installation requirements. So we offered him a full refund, travel expense for our installers as our lost. We have been waiting for the motel to return those locks for over 3 months now, they want to get a refund before shipping the locks back. And I think for any company before they give a refund they need to have their products back first. So now the owner of the property is neither willing to send the locks back to us nor pay the rest of the balance. Hes not willing to answer the calls from us, on top of that hes threatening to damage our reputation.
So at this point, what should we do now? Get a local lawyer at FL or is there another way to get our products back? many thanks!
