I work at a company where a lot of people includeing managers swear. F this....F that. In my opinion it just like saying racial slurs or sexual harrasment.

I mean there is something fundamentally wrong about forcing a person to by subjected to such obscene language. You have to go towork to make a living and shouldnot be forced to be subject to such disrespect.

What can I do if my company does not follow it's own policies?

Prostitution is already legalized in Los Vagas Nevada. It is also legal in Vermont Because of proverty reasons. People are dying to earn a living. People need to put food on their table. Prostitution is a moral issue. All moral issues are of a religious nature. We all have the freedom of religion. I am a prostitution activist because I believe that people deserve the right to decide for themself what is right or wrong as long as it does not hurt anyone else. Prostitution does not hurt anyone else. Prostitution is degraded by those who do not want other people to have this kind of access. This is mainly by married people who are insecure of themselves. The think that their spouse is going to cheat on them. To truth is prostitution is being commited by all. No one sell themselves for cheap and no one just give themself up for nothing. Nothing is defiled in itself. Only to those who think sol Then to them only it becomes defiled. Romans 14. www.youtube.com "sirmofetti"

In Nevada, prostitution is legal in some counties. They have to follow very tight liscencing laws, STD laws and be test regularally. Since 1986, when mandatory testing began, not a single brothel prostitute has ever tested positive for HIV.The mandatory condom law was passed in 1988. Now for the question, should Prostitution be legalized across the US?

they did a will done when i was about 6 - now I am 21 - somethings in it have changed - (people need to be taken out)how do they update their will? My mom has been in the hospital for almost 20 days now and almost died -- it made us more aware that we need to be prepared -- it is just me, my mom and my dad...what forms do we need -- like power of attorney? They want me to make all decisions and take ownership of their property. Names of the forms we need and any examples or personal experiences are always wonderful!

thanks!!!!

Ok, this middle ground that I speak of is probably the best solution to any problem. If my jaw is set, and your jaw is set, we fight. However if we fight to a standstill. Who wins. You will say you won. I say I won, we fight again. Lets take the health care issue. There are facts involved in this. Where is the middle ground. How can we acceive this middle ground. If I could prove to you that Universal Health care could acturally save you money. Could you prove to me that it would cost you more? What is the truth, which, is in the middle ground some place? It is never in an extreme. Answer as you wish but try to stay respectfull, Please

I believe that the courts should stay out of a person's choice to take their own life. Especially in cases where untreatable pain is involved. This assumes a person is sane and can make informed decisions. Please leave your cassocks at the door for this one. I intend this from an ethical standpoint not a religious one.

If you feel it is wrong for the person convicted and sentenced to death, to have murdered someone else, WHY would you think it is all right for the state to legally murder that person. I mean, after all, murder is murder. What gives Anyone the right to Murder anyone else?

just curious.

My boyfriend has been sentenced to a year of home confinement. He smoked marijuana on a daily basis up until the day he was sentenced. He wasn't given a base drug screening upon his sentencing two weeks ago, and fears that he will go to jail if he fails a drug test. Most products only cover marijauana for a few hours, and since his officers can stop by and drug test him and any time, these products would not even be of any help to us. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

This hobby I've taken up of trying to find ethics and morals in those who seem to take the most pride in not having them is, I imagine, a little like searching for penguins in the desert, but I find it fascinating. What would you do with the severely, emotionally and psychologically disturbed, and physically disabled? How about the elderly who've worked hard all their lives but could never afford insurance? Then there are those who currently work 40 hours a week at minimum wage and can't afford insurance. What do we do with them? Do we let them live and die in the streets? Do we execute them? Put them in a giant pen? Or just ignore them and not care?

The 26th amendment lowered the voting age to 18 for all citizens. In jail(in NY at least), one is not allowed to vote if you are in jail. One out, you must file for your right to vote again! For what reason do you think?not think this is unconstitutional? Pease give reasons, and links if you can,Thanks!
