I was sexually harrased at work, the guy admitted it and they fired him, now his friends are angry with me and harassing me I told my employer, there answer was to take my job duties from me(without compensating the pay I will lose, about 2000 a month) and there answer when I told them is that friends stick together and that I am just not allowed to go around where they are. They took my work station from me and moved me into a different department they say it is for my protection because they feel people may retaliate but I feel with the loss of my pay and job duties i am being punished and they are trying to get me to quit as I have become a liability to them what rights do I have should I obtain legal advise, please help I cry at night not wanting to come to work the next day

per, "People v. Welch (1999) C. 976 P. 2d 754; "A defendant does not have the right to present a defense of "His/Her" own choosing, but merely the right to an adequate and competent defense"". This brings up the fact that if a defendsnt can't present their facts of the case, then who is deciding the Truth, and What is presented to the Jury. Americans are naive to believe that the facts are presented to the Jury, they need to be aware that the only facts presented are the facts decided by those, whom are determining the defendants guilty, "Slightly Prejudicial and Bias".

with all the christians that croud the churchs weekly.hearing the word of God and how we are to treat each other in our daily lives.can turn their backs on children that are created in the image of THE MOST HIGH GOD.That needs to be shown THE LOVE OF GOD in a very tramatic time in their life. There should never be a shortage of care givers.Christians Should open their homes and hearts to these children and families and share the wisdom of God
I have witnessed churchs that will not and does not feel that they should be involved in this on going problem. It is so easy to close your eyes and heart and let this country destroy itself .There are so many things that can be changed by simply following THE LAW OF LOVE that was given as a commandment by THE MOST HIGH GOD. In a country such as ours that is as prospers as we are.Can not unite and solve this ongoing problem I cannot understand. The children are our future,if we let them down, aren't we letting ourselves down in this nation?

I read an article about some man letting his toddler daughter freeze to death because she wouldn’t go to bed. Are men just selfish or stupid? Where are the mom's? The government should do an eye for an eye. If people think this is inhumane then killing your offspring is considered acceptable? Why do they get to sit in jail with cable TV and eat 3 meals a day?

My roommate is is worried about a charge he got when he was younger, and is planning to sign up for real estate school. He is stressing about investing money into his career to have his sales agent license, but feels that they would revoke it based on his past. Now I keep on telling him not to worry about it because he was able to vote in this past presidential election, meaning that they mailed him his voting card. Am I right in telling him this or would they send anybody with prior arrest a presidental voting card. Being a good friend I don't want to see him spend more money than he has investing in something that won't work out.

These are the reason why I do not like the Pakistani government or its culture. They do not have freedom of speech, the concept of human rights is a joke, corruption is so deeply entrenched that government workers accept bribes out in the open, child brides are legal, rape victims must produce four witnesses and violence against women is legal. I could go on and on. Some people could argue that it is their culture and we must respect their culture. I agree to some extent and the US itself is filled with crime, racism and violence. The difference I want to point out is here in the US at least there is the chance of obtaining justice. Human rights are protected under law and an individual has the opportunity to bring his or her case to court. Lets put it this way who here would want to live in Pakistan, would want their children to be raised there, to have their sisters, mothers, daughters raised there? I say put your money where your mouth is.

I saw a story about a guy that had a website where he will post racey pics of young teen girls in public without their or their parents knowledge.
What happens is he goes to like a public swimming pool in the summer. Then takes out a camera with a zoom lens, and starts taking pictures of girls in their swimsuits.
Morally I know this is plain wrong. I want to know if he is breaking any laws legally?
I always understood from news photography that any image shot in a public venue is technically "public domain". And can be used without prior consent.
Is this entirelly true? What say you?

I have written to the state, and I keep sending letters to the appeals department. I have complained to HR to no avail. I have even changed providers. The state says that the employer based insurance is protected under ERISA. I am having to constantly send letters and am behind months in my reimbursement. My son is chronically ill and this problem isn't going away.
