I have blocked her from my email. She changes her email address and sends it that way. I can't change mine because of my business.

The answer depends.

If it is someone whom you suspect is stalking you, look into your state's criminal laws concerning stalking (just type in your state name and stalking into Yahoo Search). You will need to press charges with your local District Attorney's Office if you feel threatened.

If you consider suing, the theory of recovery would likely be intentional infliction of emotional distress. Here, you would have to prove actual damages (loss of work time, medical costs, etc.).

Finding an attorney to represent you in this case would be difficult without your paying attorney a large retainer up front.

Weigh these things before considering a lawsuit. G/L

I'm not sure. Please look in your local telephone directory-attorneys-and see if there is one who offers a free 1/2 hr. consultation. The only way I could think of how you do such, is if you know this person-have a contact name, etc. for this. If anything, you would possibly be able to get an anti-harrassment order against them in court. That is where the attorney would be of help to assist you on this one. Take care.

Block them and report it to your email provider. There isn't much anyone can do unless they are threatening physical harm

Then you need to save all your emails, etc., and take it to the DA's office or police.

Why don't you just block their email address.

Yes you can sue her. I cannot guarantee you will win but you can always try. I would consult a trial attorney for advice.
