Is there a way on the net to post this man that is wanted?

I am trying to help the bondsman find my sons father.. he is wanted for a felony and child support. We did find out through friends of his that he is in Phoenix Arizona... i am wanting to know if you know of anyway i can post his pic on the net for free.... maybe i could get somewhere with that?>?>? Help me please!! Thank you!

There are many places you can post his pic, but unless you can find people from that area to take a look, the picture will go unnoticed.
