Her husband is in a rehab center due to a brain injury. He was injured and got a lump some. It seems as though the lawyer and judge is getting over on them.(Louisiana) They don't how much they still have. They do not get any financial report. Everything is paid through her husbands' Estate. Because she trading her car and got another one they are saying they will prosecute her.

I bought a set of cylinder heads for my truck from a used parts place (hole in the wall). Both are cracked. They gave me a receipt with a written warranty that specifically warranties that there are no cracks. I've informed them and they have been (BUSY) trying to get me a new set. What are my right's on this. What are theirs? How long do I have before I get screwed out of my money?

if for example i get pregnant and the doctor says that there is over 98 percent chance that my baby and me will DIE due to health complications,
and my doc gives me an option for abortion...........why would it be your business? (and NO im NOT referring to abortion for birth control, im referring to a life/death situation)
who are YOU to judge me and my life and look through my medical records and history? would you want ME or any other stranger to look through YOUR medical records and dictate what you should or shouldnt in this time of MEDICAL crisis. Abortion is a MEDICAL ISSUE.
don't you think i as a woman am capable enough to make my own decisions regarding this matter?
abortion is a medical issue between ME and my doctor... who are you to take away my choice? who are you to look through my medical records?

Hi folks im working on my project but stuck in a simple question.

In a company (any) the number of copies of certain software application programs exceed the number of registered users.

The government want to add extra cost's the the selling process... These reports will cost about £500 and only last 6 months.... and even then they will not count as mortgage valuations or surveys... so buyer will still have to pay out for those...
It is Bureaucracy gone made trying to add another layers of costs to the general public....

First off I was ordered to pay child support of $188 every 2 weeks, That has been being taken out of my paychecks, That was understandable (the first check that was all that was deducted from my net pay.) Then on my second check (2 weeks later) They took out $188, Plus now they take out an extra $18 for dental and $77 for medical benifits. My job has insurance, at that rate. A total of $284 each check now. I make $10 /hr. work 35-40 hours a week and after taxes that will leave me with $800 a month. My rent is $600, Bills $150 and i owe $8,000 on a credit card with a minimun payment of $230 a month. My car ins. Is $50 a month, Thats a Total of $1030 of bills I am required to pay. Im -230 a month to pay my bills, and thats if i dont eat or spend any money on gas or anything else.

Well my other question, If im paying $200 a month on medical insurance for the child, I pay that on top of the ordered child support payments?

An example would be the cult of the Watchtower Society. If they use the court system, they should vote for the judges! Why indeed are they not standing up when the flag is saluted? My Father, a veteran, has two memories that will remain ... one of a cult member not standing up to the Star Spangled banner, and one when the court allowed a cult member to not repay a loan to this veteran on a fixed income. They use the rest of us, IMO. I can agree that they are forced to pay taxes. That is the only thing required in the US, it seems, when patriotism is just as important. Noone forces them to make a political stand, but cultic groups should not be able to prevent members from voting and saluting the flag. This group would have religion completely out of the schools, in order to please themselves. Another place where the courts are used against us voting Americans.

In a civil case, I filed an affidavit thorugh my advocate. Now I found that my affidavit will be in favour for the opposite party. When I contacted the another lawyer, he told me that the earlier lawyer has cheated me. What I can do? Whether I can take any action against that lawyer.

I have two tickets which I have a payment plan for. I am behind on the payments and if I end up having to serve jail time because of this, how does it work? Do you pay to be in jail while there? And how do you pay off the ticket while in jail? I know about Huber, but my boyfriend insists that $50 is deducted each day you are in there and that you don't incure costs for daily living expenses while in jail. Can someone please answer these questions?
