Not if you were underage at the time....it would be considered porn trafficing. Call a porn hotline and see if they have any suggestions as to what your legal rights are.

I don't know how "intimate" the photos are, but really ask yourself how much it matters. If he sent them out today, would you even care in 6 weeks? Most of the other answers were very good, but I didn't see anyone tell you how to stop him. If it's really important, you can get a temporary restraining order against him from a judge. You can do the paperwork yourself without a lawyer in some states. FindLaw.com (put the name of your state before "Find") may give you forms. You can get an immediate TRO in my state that's good for 20 days. Then, you must have a hearing for the Order to be made permanent. I don't how whether it's worth all that effort for you, but that's your remedy. This should be a lesson for everyone. Don't make home sex tapes or pictures that can be embarrassing later.

If he is in them very little, if not some more but again not a lot as they were taken with your consent. It is a case where you should have thought before you acted. However, if he does and you are underage at the time and he was of age he becomes guilt of child pornography and that is another ballgame all together. Going to a solicitor may get some satisfaction but not much.

If you can prove he sent just one, he is in a whole lot of trouble. If you have proof, go file charges on him, be sure you take the person he sent it to with you. If he did this, he needs to be thrown in jail and never get out. If you were a minor at the time, the Crime is even worse. For each person or pic he has sent, it could be a separate charge, you do what is necessary to protect yourself here, even if you have to tell your parents, and get some help from them. Do it now. Do not let him get away with this. If he is threatening you, record him over the phone doing it, and go to the Police Station and file charges, they will be glad to help you here, I guarantee.

if that includes obscene pics wherein you are under 18, it is illegal, that is tantamount to defamation of character and it is enough to constitute a libel or slander case...but if you are already 18 or above in the pictures, and your boyfriend will claim that those were obtain as a gift, then he has the right to use those pics even in public...unless you can prove it beyond reasonable doubt that it was taken illicitly.

You can fix this problem really quick by making a phone call to the police and reporting him for distributing child pornography images. It doesn't matter how old you are now, if the images he has in his possession are of you when you were under age 18, he can be arrested, charged, found guilty of child porn distribution and sent to a federal prison for a very, very, long, long, long time.

Go to a lawyer. I know in Canada, he can get into trouble for distributing photos like that, especially with someone underage. So from that standpoint, it wouldn't be smart for him to do that. I would check with a lawyer, have them destroyed and possibly have something drafted up that would allow you to sue for damages if any copies were to show up. Good luck to you.

He actually owns the rights to thise photo's so he can really do what he likes with them.

However the fact that your a minor in those photographs whould surely be classed as paedophilia... escpecially as he knows how old you were! i would check with you local authorities to be certain though.

Just being in possession of those photos is considered child pornography. Distributing them is another charge.
