Almost all states today now have some restrictions on smoking in public places like bars & restaurants. Some ban smoking completely in those locations; others allow smoking only in designated smoking sections of restaurants, or only in outdoor locations . Hundreds of municipalities have also various city ordinances that have varied prohibitions against smoking to some degree. There is not enough space to list all these here.

Not only a smoke ban but a total ban on the purchase of such products. An Individuals Life Liberties are far more important than the free economic system of capitalism. One persons rights to do something that normally would be construed as ok can under other circumstances such as breaching your rights become illegal. It has to do with Life Liberties not a particular political system such as comparing it to communism, your Inherent Right to Life. Originally the idea was if you want to kill yourself by smoking that was ok but you had NO right in doing the same to others. Likewise with the nuisance laws of odor, why even sound amplified is a Federal Law if you want to blow your brains out with subwhoofer that's your business but you have no right doing it to others. (EXTREME) needs to go to China sometime and see as I have that there is ZERO laws to live healthy thats just B.S.
