I have pay stubs and checks with my out of state address on it, but my car is still registered in Michigan. I am just visiting. I was given a fix-it ticket, I would think they would void it at the court house. Does anyone know if I'm going to be in luck?

hey i was born with a back problem where my lower disks are very tender and easy to hurt, but i was never aware of that....a couple months ago when i was working at mcdonalds they made me unload the truck (which legally you're supposed to be 18 to do) and they had no back brace to give me
i damaged a disk and will be hurt for life...also i will not be able to do my life goal and dream to work on and tune cars, and being a senior in high school i dont have much time to re-think things before college....so im kinda screwed over!
what do u guys think? should i sue? and for how much?

does this mean if my aunt the "personal represenative" can give my brother and sister everything and leave me with nothing and the court will not do anything about it?

heres a little back story if it helps:
My dad passed, had no wife, just me and my 2 siblings.
He left an unsigned will.
he had a buisness which was just sold for 206,000 and 2 houses
My aunt is the personal represenative of the estate/executor of estate

He continues to face court and continues to get fines serving time wont help him it just introduces him to fellow dealers and users, my mother has written to the judge requesting rehab or help with his violent behaviour the law does not seem to listen and continues to slap him on the wrist, I fear he will hurt himself or someone else if he does not get the help he needs is there a missing link in the system our family have tried all kinds of avenues to help him but we have run out of faith and resources.

if some guy got me drunk and coerced me into having sex with him, is this considered rape? i was completely wasted. if i was sober i wouldn't even have been *talking* to this guy. he didn't use physical force but i did say no several times but he convinced me to do it anyway.

i'm sure some of u heard about the NY senator that is introducing legislation to ban the use of iPods and other electronics on crosswalks. if it does become a law, violators would be hit w/ a $100 fine.

what do you think of it? i understand where he's coming from because people are distracted while crossing the streets in a busy city and could cause accidents. on the other hand, i think the idea to make it a law to ban the use of devices is a complete waste of time. people can be distracted by anything. will they ban the use of reading something while crossing too? it's ridiculous to mandate such a thing.

how would the office even know if they're listening to anything? maybe they just have their earphones on but nothing is on. and a place like NYC, people are busy and do business while walking and talking. so are they going to have to stop at the crosswalk, finish their conversation, hang up, then cross? it's silly. also, where will the line be drawn? what ban is next?

I'm allowed to (I don't want to use this strong language but) kill a person who would hurt me, right? I know that, but how about in a case where I can help someone from getting beaten up? Am I allowed to kill that person who's about to hurt an inncent person?
By the way, I am not trying to actually kill someone, I just want to know what exactly I can do in that kind of situation.
