Can you get a state ID card even if you have your driver's lisence?

Can you still get a state ID even if u have ur driver's lisence? Would I get questioned?

You can, but there's no point in having both. They're both going to have the same info on it, right? Just one is going to say Drivers license and the other, state ID. You know....
