In Waukesha Wisconsin, what can I do and what can't I? Or Where should one go to find out?

What ever you do, do not put them in people's mailboxes. That is federal property.
Some cities have rules on flyering, but not really too strict. In some palces they dont' want you to put them on car windows. Go fiugre. Anyhow, usually on the door is fine.
Call city hall and ask if they have and specific rules on pamphleting. They will tell you. That's all.

can't put them in the mailbox....I don't know about the mail slot. Roll them up and put em in door handles
