"is not a supervised administration" is checked off.

does this mean if my aunt the "personal represenative" can give my brother and sister everything and leave me with nothing and the court will not do anything about it?

heres a little back story if it helps:
My dad passed, had no wife, just me and my 2 siblings.
He left an unsigned will.
he had a buisness which was just sold for 206,000 and 2 houses
My aunt is the personal represenative of the estate/executor of estate

Also if my aunt can distribute the assets unfairly is there anything I can do about it?

"Not a supervised administration" means either no will or a unsigned will. In other words no supervised distribution of assets. Which means probate courts will settle the estate.
