The original quote was to the effect that free speech does not allow one to FALSELY shout fire in a theater.

If there is a fire then go ahead and pull the fire alarm. If there is not a fire and you then scream it, and someone gets hurt in the action by either being stomped or having a heart attack because of the precieved threat of death, you could be held liable for that.

Yes, mainly because your actions may incite a riot, an outbreak, or other calmity where people may get hurt.

If there is a fire, then probably it isn't. The thing to do would be to pull the fire alarm.
