yes. im against in death penalty
you dont have right to tell whether a person should live or die
but maybe if you were the family of the victim you will wish him die...
but i believe in second chance maybe he will find a way to regret and make up for his immortal sin

This depends on your definition of murder. Taking a life is not always murder. In this particular case, it is punishment, not murder (murder being the act of ILLEGALLY causing the death of someone). It's a question that only your own morals and beliefs can answer....and it's also a "hot" enough topic that most people cannot be swayed to change their opinion. Good luck finding the answer you are looking for. No doubt it will be from someone that already agrees with you.

Look up the word murder in a dictionary. All killing is not murder, soldiers who kill guys in a war are not guilty of murder. Its only murder if it is done illegally. What is wrong with the death penalty is they could do something to the murderer to make him brain dead, then transplant his organs into people who needed a transplant. This way we'd be taking 1 life, but saving several lives. We would come out ahead morally.

The difference is they choose to take someone from their family and kill them so the choice is theirs if they don't want the death penalty then don't kill an innocent person seems simple to me.Also with the DNA testing now there will be no doubt of the guilty party.

i personally don't believe that the death penalty is appropriate. but the argument would be that the person killed was innocent and had no reason to die but the offender is being punished for his wrong-doing

Yeah, but at least the murderer knows why he is dying. His victim didn't get that luxury.
