If state legislature ,due to concerns over pyhsician competency passed a law reguiring all doctor to include in any advertising the name of the medical school they attended and the name of the hospital where they completed their residency ,the law would probably be?

it would be legal because the legislature has a reasonable basis for believing that posting of education will alleviate medical malpractise, which is a compelling state issue, since results of medical malpractise can cost the state millions of dollars annually. i think this is what you are asking

A waste of ad space. Plenty of excellent doctors were educated in less prestigious schools. Many incompetent doctors graduated from well know schools.
