The specific charges will depend on where this incident occurred. In MY book, the person made the CHOICE to drink and the CHOICE to drive. That is all the intent I need to consider this a murder. Although I doubt the law agrees anywhere, I would consider the death penalty.

death via firing squad... hey they shoot human beings in Mexico illegally, and that they imprison them for some years for lesser crimes than this... Why shouldnt he be held to the comparable customary right here? sir step over there... BANG! situation solved... Plus, as quickly as the be conscious gets out that we shoot illegals, you would be surprised at how promptly they self deport...
