Two friends one I know well "Sally" and the other I just met a few days before, "Sue", come over to pick me up to go shopping (I'm in the back seat.) We leave and I get a phone call from another friend, so we go to his house first. On the way back Sally & Sue were talking about "Mary", whom Sue had never met. Sally was telling Sue how she wanted to hang out with Mary but didn't know where she lived. Sue assumed we were talking about a different "Mary", proceeded to drive to that one's house, and then Sally realized it was a different person. Sue told us that she thought we were talking about her mary, sister of her ex, whom she stated treated her VERY badly. Sally, finished with her strawberry soda, then threw the ice out the window towards his car. He then proceeded to chase us in his car, run us off the road, and breaks her window. Sue is taking the ex to court for damages. A week later, his mom is charging ME w/ Criminal Mischief Inconvenience, saying she saw me throw the drink!

Are you kidding? Bank of AMERICA is going to give loans to illegal aliens? What are you thinking besides making money. What about those Americans who cannot get a loan? Who is going to pay when they do not pay those credit cards and loans but the American public. I am encouraging those who belong to your bank to switch and am calling my Congressman Duncan Hunter to complain about this serious breach of confidence in your bank and other banks who even consider doing the same just because it is legal? Shame on you people. I am furious.

Lawyers may have a service to offer but Lawyers in court have one agenda - to win at all costs - regardless of the emotional and hard currency it costs a couple and the children. The win/loss ratio gives them the ability to up their hourly rates.

Counseling should be initiated when there are first signs of problems in the marriage.

Women also have affiars that destroy homes not just men. - 80% of all divorces are filed by women. Men are stuck with majority of the costs in most cases for years to come yet women scream for equality before a divorce. Women also go through personal crisis around 30 and question their lives after several years of house, home, family, marriage and careers. Men go through mid-life crisis also affecting their clear thinking of what decisions they have made that have left them feeling ambivalent.

People have lost belief in structured systems. The ideology of marriage is shifting. The media screams divorce even along out hi-ways with billboards.

I had an employee leave, before she did she deleted quite a bit of contact information in her Outlook file. She printed it out and took it with her as she is staying in the same line of work. Now I'm stuck putting this information back together, as I need someone else to contact these accounts. Is what she did against any sort of law?

Someone is not happy in marriage - for all the possible reasons. In this build-up, tear-down, throw-awy, disposable-society we live in, it will happen that you drive up to McDs order a Big Mac and a divorce - to go. When ever there is BIG money to be made off in something gone wrong, it creates a feeding frenzy.

Layers make out big time offering freedom for a price, turning once lovers into mortal enemies. What used to be acceptable at home (in a large part) can now be used against you in court and lose your life and your children.

Lawyers strive to be judges or bigger lawyers with a win/loss ratio.

Judges strive to move mass amounts of cases to climb the ladder of higher court Judges.

I have learned a valuable lesson today! I just found out that a payment I put in my mailbox was stolen, washed and rewritten to WalMart for almost 1200.00!!
I thought I would post this to warn EVERYONE to drop them off in a government mailbox somewhere! We are not safe to have mail sent out in our own mailboxes!!!!!
Have a great day.

I had left my purse accidentally in the store and a customer found it and turned it in to the ladies at the register. Those ladies in turn gave it to some woman claiming the purse was hers and never checked any ID to verify proof of ownership. That thief has ended up charging over $550 on my cards of which luckily I've been able to prove was not me. But I had everything in there, all my cards checkbooks, IDs and a $250 watch. There's an investigation to ID the thief. The detective I was assigned altready has her on tape at TjMaxx and at other stores purchasing with my cards. TjMaxx hasn't offered any apologies at the very least for what happened nor did they care when I spoke to them about the situation.

The scam where someone in a van drives up to you in public and tries to sell you speakers.

He says something like, "The supplier sent me too many and I need to unload them quickly before [a certain deadline]. I just sold one to a guy for $700 but I'll sell them to you for $500"

Asumming the speakers are legitimate (correctly working, purchased legally, etc), is there ANYTHING illegal about this? And when I say "illegal" I mean other than the usual tresspassing, permits, etc. I'm talking strictly illegal about creating all those claims about the product?
